The Boutique Fitness Playbook helps independent studio owners make clearer decisions. Credibility matters more than speed — especially for software comparisons.
How we evaluate software
We assess tools against criteria that matter for boutique studios: timetable and capacity accuracy, packs and memberships, waitlists, payments, member experience, support model and commercial clarity. We do not score tools on enterprise feature volume alone.
How pricing is checked
Published comparison pricing must be verified against primary vendor sources (website or sales materials) and dated. If we cannot verify a figure, we mark it as pending rather than inventing a number.
How comparisons are updated
Comparison articles show an updated date. Material product or pricing changes should trigger a review. Articles in review or draft status are not publicly listed.
Commercial relationships
Voralink publishes this Playbook and may appear in software comparisons. That relationship will be disclosed in comparison pieces. Readers should still verify current product pricing and features with each vendor before buying.
What we will not do
- Invent competitor pricing or capabilities
- Claim Voralink is the market leader without evidence
- Publish aggregate ratings we have not collected
